We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team.

This position is not only focused on BIM modelling.
We are looking for someone who is strong in drawing review, QA/QC, coordination and technical documentation checking, especially for As-Built, Measured Drawing and Scan-to-BIM projects.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate BIM modelers and drafting team
• Review drawings before submission
• Check for missing, incorrect or inconsistent information
• Ensure drawing quality and documentation standards are maintained
• Ensure drawings comply with client, consultant and JKR requirements
• Check and coordinate:
• annotation & tagging
• dimensions
• title block & sheet layout
• lineweight & layering
• plotting & formatting
• Identify drawing issues and coordination errors before submission
• Assist in improving SOPs, templates and QA/QC checklists
• Help improve workflow and overall documentation quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
• BIM/CAD coordination
• technical drawing production
• drawing QA/QC and submission checking
• MUST have experience reviewing/checking drawings before submission
• Experience in As-Built / Measured Drawing / Scan-to-BIM projects is preferred
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
• Able to coordinate and monitor team output

Added Advantage

• Familiar with consultant or JKR documentation standards
• Experience in hospital, government or complex building projects
• Experience preparing templates, SOPs or QA/QC checklists

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
