We are looking for a Revit Drafter with experience in as-built drawings for multi-discipline projects to join our team.

We are searching for candidates who are familiar with Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings, and able to prepare accurate drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and update as-built drawings using Revit & AutoCAD
• Produce accurate 2D & 3D drawings for project documentation
• Coordinate drawings between:
• Architectural
• Structural
• M&E disciplines
• Ensure drawings are properly updated, organized and documented
• Assist with authority submissions including BOMBA
• Work closely with project/site team to ensure drawing accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as Drafter / BIM Drafter
• MUST be proficient in Revit
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience preparing as-built drawings for multi-discipline projects
• Able to understand and coordinate Architectural, Structural & M&E drawings
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Able to meet project deadlines and work as part of a team

Added Advantage

• Experience with authority submission drawings
• Experience in commercial, hospital or government projects
• Familiar with scan-to-BIM or measured drawing projects

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
