Responsibilities:

• Purchase assigned line of products.
• Supply and demand analysis
• PO backlog management, schedule checking, rescheduling and cancellations
• Handle urgent and drop shipment, follow up supplier on–time delivery
• Inventory management, supplier stock rotation and goods return
• Communication among internal departments, warehouse and forwarders
• Discrepancy follow-up with supplier, CS, Sales and PDC.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• At least 1 years of experience in a purchasing role within the electronic distribution/supplier industry
• Knowledge of semiconductor products, material planning, forecasting, and inventory management
• Familiar with Oracle system and Microsoft Excel
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
