Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Prepare and wrap bouquets, floral arrangements, and gift items
• Process customer orders
• Maintain flower freshness and stock inventory
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Support festive campaigns, promotions, and special events
• Handle customer enquiries (WhatsApp)
• Assist in receiving and arranging new flower stock

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a florist
• Passion for flowers and floral arrangement
• Able to create bouquets and floral arrangements independently
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Possess own transportation (motorcycle or car)
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
