Responsibilities:

• Provide the cashiering service
• Perform general reception/administrative duties and greeting guests
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Follow up customer appointment services and maintain a good relationship with customers
• Handle the WhatsApp business account

Requirements:

• 1-year relevant experience
• With retail/POS cashier experience must be an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner, cheerful, initiative, service-oriented
• Able to communicate with people of different culture background
• Knowledge of PC applications
• Must be fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
