We are looking for a driven Sales Executive of B2B/Manufacturing sales experience to promote our advanced manufacturing services and product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Manufacturing Services: Promote Nova Pharma’s manufacturing capabilities, OEM/ODM services, and product portfolios to potential B2B clients (brands, distributors, and healthcare companies).
• B2B Business Development: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities to maximize factory capacity and achieve sales targets.
• Project Coordination: Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (R&D, Production, QC, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution from order to delivery.
• Account Management: Maintain and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with existing clients to explore ongoing production needs.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Nursing, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development

• Experience with proven track record in pharmaceutical/healthcare or medical sales is highly preferred

• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal abilities, strong in problem-solving and decision-making

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and China healthcare sector

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
