Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Implement and maintain Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and follow up annual certification audit on time.

Lead internal and external audits.
-
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing quality department with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
-
Analyse quality metrics and performance data to report on trends, identify risks, and present strategic insights to senior management.

Perform regular GMP audit in factory and follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions taken and communicate with related parties for improvement.
-
Monitor daily product testing to ensure the products complied with the defined quality and operational standard.
-
Plan and conduct training in the area of food safety and quality according to company requirements.
-
Investigate and follow-up the complaint case, which related to food safety and quality aspect.
-
Work closely with related parties in participating external OEM suppliers and factories audits.
-
Drive quality and safety culture through training, communication, and engagement.
-
Validate that laboratory work is performed accurately, analyse errors and resolve problems.
