Position: Personal Assistant Job Description The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, professional, and personal support to the employer to ensure daily operations and activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in an organized manner. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the employer’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments Act as a liaison between the employer and internal/external parties Prepare, manage, and organize documents, reports, correspondence, and proposals Remind the employer of important deadlines, appointments, and tasks Arrange business and personal travel, including flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings Handle daily administrative and operational tasks Manage and assist with the employer’s social media platforms in a professional manner Identify and resolve daily work-related issues efficiently and tactfully Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and professional information Assist with personal matters of the employer when required Perform other duties as assigned by the employer from time to time Qualifications Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Corporate Communication, or a related field Experience in preparing proposals is an added advantage Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Competent in managing and using social media professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and resourceful Highly professional, well-organized, and responsible Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Required Skills Time management and organizational skills Communication and interpersonal skills Administrative and documentation skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexibility and adaptability Working Hours Monday to Friday (flexible based on employer’s needs) Work Location : Shah Alam
