Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator - Strike Holdings

Strike Holdings is a Singapore-based holding company operating a group of premium lifestyle and wellness brands, including DAY, a premium quiet luxury women's apparel label focused on pilates, tennis, pickleball, golf and elevated wellness culture.

This role will work closely with the Founder across the group. The primary focus initially will be supporting the growth and operations of DAY, with opportunities to contribute to broader group projects as the organisation expands. Team members are part of a larger holding structure with long-term career progression and multi-brand exposure, rather than being attached to a single brand alone.

We are looking for a highly organised and capable Executive Assistant during an active phase of growth and expansion.

This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the Founder's daily schedule, meetings and appointments
• Coordinating logistics and operational matters across the business
• Liaising with vendors, partners and external stakeholders
• Assisting with brand events, shoots and activations
• Supporting day-to-day business operations and administrative matters
• Managing travel arrangements and calendar coordination
• Following up on timelines, deliverables and internal coordination
• Supporting expansion and partnership initiatives
• Assisting with social media and brand coordination where required

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience supporting a founder, executive or fast-paced team is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional and discreet
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Comfortable operating in a growing and evolving organisation
• An interest in luxury, wellness, lifestyle or fashion is a plus

Compensation

Starting salary from SGD $4,500 onwards, with flexibility based on experience, capabilities and overall fit.
