About The Job
As a key member of the project management team, you will drive the landscape lifecycle from initial planning through to execution and maintenance for high-profile township developments.
- Coordinate the appointment of external consultants and manage authority liaison to secure project clearances.
- Oversee site implementation and contract execution to ensure alignment with quality standards and design specifications.
- Lead progress meetings and review project status reports to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage landscape installations and design stages while facilitating communication between contractors and the internal team.
- Assess project sites regularly to monitor compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
skills and experience required
- A Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience with landscape property development/.
- Proficiency in design and project management software including Auto CAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong technical knowledge of horticulture, plant species selection, and site arrangement practices.
