Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recovery Officer role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Recovery Officer will focus on managing debt collection processes, engaging with customers to negotiate and recover overdue payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires consistent communication with stakeholders and delivering empathetic yet professional customer service to resolve outstanding accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills for effective communication and relationship building with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Debt Collection strategies and processes to manage and recover outstanding payments
• Analytical and Finance skills for assessing payment plans and analyzing financial data
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism, ensuring high standards of work ethics
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in the financial or customer service industry would be an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field preferred
