Role Description

• In collaboration with the GBS StP “Supplier to Payment” internal global leadership team as well as other teams within Dassault Système: IS/IT, other finance departments.
• You take part to the new ERP set up, implementation and roll out for the PtP stream
• You work with the stream leader to the PtP target operating model and intiatiatives related to harmonize WW process
• You ensure the STP Supplier to Payment processs are "Best in class" process
• You ensure the constant optimization of globally related processes and systems, the advancement of initiatives and the management of change with users.
• You participate in the definition of standards and procedures as a Purchasing Operations, Account Payables business expert. You ensure their proper adoption and lead the change if necessary.
• You actively participate in the definition and prioritization of system and process evolutions.
• You bring your business expertise in the context of the deployment of new tools and technologies impacting STP (Master data management tool, Robots / Process automation, BI KPI implementation, E invoicing / E reporting related to the supplier cycle, etc.)
• You are also involved in the systems and process integration of entities acquired by 3DS.
• You take charge of training functional teams in the PtP field (systems and processes, good practices) and prepare / maintain operating procedures
• You carry out regular process audits to ensure that there is no deviation: Diagnosis of existing processes and definition of improvement priorities and their justification in connection with operations.
• You communicate accurately and in a synthetic way about projects progress
• You manage and/or contribute to several IS and/or process improvements project: specification writing, implementation management with a lean approach, support for change management, project management follow up
• You are up to date about new process/system trends concerning your area of expertise so that you can assist
• You prioritize initiatives and propose innovative solution with high added value for the customer cycle ecosystem
  
  

Qualifications

• Operational experience in a Procurement department in a large international French company is required.
• Experience in a StP processes & actiivties in a technology envrionement is a plus
• Experience handling multiple projects and leading international operational and strategic initiatives eg, Trade working capital initiatives, ERP changes / release enhancement / implementation
• Proficiency with all PTP topics
• Demonstrated understanding of finance in the context of a software company is a plus.
