Sales Executive [Office Based]

KL Beauty Week

Kuala Lumpur


KL Beauty Week — the organiser of KL International Beauty Week, Malaysia’s largest beauty event, and publisher of The Highlighter MY — is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.


This role is ideal for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and passionate about sales, with the ability to build strong relationships with brands and businesses. You will play a key role in growing revenue through event booth sales, sponsorship partnerships, and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales for event booths, sponsorship packages, and brand partnerships
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including beauty brands, fashion brands, retailers, and lifestyle businesses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients


Client Relationship

  • Manage communication with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners
  • Ensure client requirements are met, and deliverables are fulfilled
  • Maintain long-term relationships with brands and partners


Event & Campaign Sales

  • Sell participation packages for KL International Beauty Week and related events
  • Work with brands on custom collaborations, sponsorship activations, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities for the business


Market Research

  • Identify potential leads and new business opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Malaysian citizen
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Experience in event sales, media sales, booth/expo sales, or sponsorship sales is highly advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
