Responsibilities

Own It:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation initiatives across the Finance function (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks to ensure successful delivery
• Drive Finance process transformation (e.g. GL, AP, AR, reporting, controls)
• Ensure alignment of ERP solution design with business requirements and strategic objectives
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure quality and delivery outcomes

Build Trust:

• Act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, Digital, and external vendors
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and key milestones
• Build strong relationships with Finance leadership to drive adoption and change management
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resource planning for ERP initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and regulatory requirements

One Team:

• Collaborate closely with Finance, and Digital teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and align to the transformation roadmap
• Manage relationships with system integrators, ERP vendors, and delivery partners
• Facilitate alignment across upstream and downstream systems and processes

• Thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment with multiple concurrent priorities
• Drive timely decision-making and execution to keep initiatives on track
• Adapt plans based on evolving business needs while maintaining strong governance discipline

• Ensure ERP solutions deliver tangible business value to Finance users and stakeholders
• Support user adoption, training, and transition activities to enhance experience and outcomes
• Contribute to improved efficiency, reporting, and decision-making capabilities

Drive Innovation:

• Identify opportunities to optimise Finance processes through automation and digital solutions
• Support adoption of ERP and Finance transformation best practices
• Partner with Digital teams to explore data, analytics, and emerging technology integration
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and transformation

Job Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience in ERP implementation / Finance ERP transformation
• Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong experience working with Finance stakeholders (GCFO office, Finance Ops, Reporting teams)
• Strong project management experience with end-to-end delivery ownership
• PMP / CAPM or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting, controls)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
• Ability to drive outcomes without large team structures

Experience managing:

• ERP system integrators
• Vendors and external partners
• Multi-stakeholder transformation programs
