Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of Insurance experience
• Minimum 1 year of Call Center / BPO experience
• Candidates with BPO experience in Insurance process will be highly preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
Key responsibilities include:
• Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Responding to customer queries through calls, chats, and emails
• Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Resolving customer concerns efficiently and ensuring proper follow-up
• Coordinating with internal departments for issue resolution
• Escalating complex cases to team leaders when required
• Delivering high-quality customer service with professionalism and empathy
