The Admin & Operations Executive supports daily business operations with a focus on administrative coordination, basic finance support, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of finance-related processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations including phone calls, visitor reception, mail handling, and maintaining an organised workspace
Ensure office equipment and supplies are well-stocked, functional, and properly maintained
Support data entry, record keeping, and general document management tasks
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service provider appointments
Manage purchasing, inventory tracking, and distribution of office supplies
Assist in preparing, tracking, and reporting administrative budgets and expenses
Assist with data entry for financial records
Support finance team in invoice processing, payment tracking, and audit documentation
Assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily business operations
Requirements:
Diploma in Administration / Accounting or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative / finance / operation role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm
