Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Executive, based in Kota Damansara. The Human Resources Executive will oversee key HR functions, including employee relations, HR operations, and the implementation of HR policies. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, supporting training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture to align with the clinic’s values and vision.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies, along with an understanding of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
