ROLE OVERVIEW 

We’re looking for a Finance Operations & Collections Specialist who can bring accuracy, structure, and accountability to our day-to-day financial operations.


This role plays a critical part in supporting Pure Form’s financial health, with a primary focus on accounts receivable and collections, alongside broader finance operations such as payment processing, bank reconciliation, and reporting support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that transactions are accurate, collections are timely, and financial records are well maintained.


This is a primarily remote role and requires a high level of self-motivation, focus, and accountability. You’ll succeed in this position if you’re comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and maintaining accuracy and follow-through without constant supervision.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Accounts Receivable & Collections

Ensure timely and accurate collection of customer payments.

  • Ensure daily updating of collections trackers, AR schedules, and corresponding journal entries.
  • Monitor outstanding customer balances across online and offline channels.
  • Maintain updated accounts receivable aging reports and follow up proactively on overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Apply payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Manage and process retail purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.


2. Bank Reconciliation & Treasury Support

Support cash visibility and financial accuracy.

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of records.
  • Track fund movements and support treasury-related documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow, collection schedules, and payment timelines.


3. Finance Operations & Reporting

Maintain strong financial records and reporting support.

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare schedules and reports in coordination with the finance team.
  • Maintain organized financial records, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required information and files.


4. Process Improvement & Compliance

Help strengthen financial systems and controls.

  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the consistent and accurate execution of finance procedures across the organization.

  • Experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, collections, or a related accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial work.
  • Comfortable managing collections conversations with professionalism and clarity.
  • Organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
