Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs, lifestyle, and space
• Attend to walk-in and online customers
• Prepare quotations, follow up consistently, and support closing sales
• Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual standards
• Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat purchases and referrals
• Willing to learn and improve in sales and product knowledge
