We are seeking a results-driven Business Operations Manager to lead the operational excellence and strategic expansion of Learning Tree’s English learning platform. The role will focus on scaling our proven tutoring model and proprietary educational technology to other schools and institutions through licensing, software sales, and franchising models, while optimizing current operations for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business operations, including strategy formulation, process optimization, and achievement of annual business targets.
- Drive expansion of the Learning Tree platform to other schools and education centers via licensing agreements, software solutions sales, and franchising models.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for licensing and franchising programs, including partner identification, business negotiations, contract structuring, and onboarding.
- Manage cross-border and local channel development, e-commerce platforms for course/software sales, and multi-channel operations (online + offline).
- Analyze education market trends, competitor activities, and potential partner demands to identify expansion opportunities and optimize growth strategies.
- Oversee operational integration of new licensed/franchised centers, ensuring consistent quality standards, curriculum delivery, and technology implementation.
- Monitor key performance metrics (enrollment, revenue, conversion rates, partner performance) and implement data-driven improvements to maximize operational efficiency and ROI.
- Lead business negotiations with potential partners, schools, and technology vendors; build and maintain strong strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with teaching, tech, and marketing teams to support brand building, promotional campaigns, and successful rollout of licensing/franchising initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, market expansion, or business development, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record in e-commerce operations, channel management, and scaling education or edtech platforms.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
