Beît Ballout is a Singapore-based Lebanese olive oil company dedicated to preserving ancient Levantine farming traditions while building a modern, story-driven consumer brand. Our olive oil is sourced from family-owned groves in South Lebanon, hand-harvested, traditionally cold-pressed using granite wheels, and produced with a deep commitment to community, heritage, and craftsmanship. The company has been featured by Tatler Asia, The Straits Times, and Rice Media.

We are looking for a highly curious, resourceful, and proactive intern to work directly with our founder across research, operations, business development, brand strategy, and day-to-day execution.

This is not a traditional corporate internship. You will gain hands-on exposure to what it actually takes to build a company from the ground up in a unique international market spanning Singapore and the Levant.

• Conduct market research
• Work directly with Founder
• Research potential distributors, retailers, partners, and collaborators
• Assist with business development outreach
• Support operational and logistics projects
• Help organize documents, workflows, and internal systems
• Assist with event planning, pop-ups, and brand activations
• Research trends in food, hospitality, wellness, luxury, and consumer brands
• Support special founder projects as they arise

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn quickly
• Resourceful problem-solver
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

• Interest in entrepreneurship, branding, food, hospitality, or consumer products
• Experience with Canva, social media, or content creation
• Experience with spreadsheets and basic business research
• Passion for storytelling, culture, and building meaningful brands

• Work directly alongside the founder and gain mentorship across multiple areas of business
• Learn how a brand is built from the ground up
• Gain real-world start-up experience rather than purely administrative work
