Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for staffing requirements
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities
• Ensure smooth hiring process and timely communication with candidates
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment documentation

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates across different roles
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and interview coordination
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
