Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily sales reporting
• Preparing monthly/yearly sales and operations report
• Memo posting, stock-taking and inventory management
• Any other ad hoc retail operation, administration duties
• Responsible for initiation, completion and follow up on projects to support the team
• Liaising with inter- departments for ops matters (Payroll, sales closing and etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience retail operations support.
• Must be computer savvy and fluent in English, being multilingual would be an added advantage.
• Good ability to executive to timelines, standards and budget, meticulous with an eye for details.
