What You’ll Be Baking Up
Shape, proof, and bake our signature pastries — from croissants and kouign amann to shio pan and seasonal specials
Execute daily bakes with consistency, precision, and pride
Support core production processes: scaling, mixing, laminating, and finishing
Uphold quality and food safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment
Who We’re Looking For
You have some hands-on baking experience — home baking, culinary training, or F&B experience
Comfortable with early starts (6:30am) and the pace of a morning production cycle
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a team
Passionate about pastries and serious about improving your skills
