Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Salary: $3,200 – $4,000
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quality assurance activities within the production facility
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality checks across production processes
- Monitor and maintain documentation related to food safety systems and quality records
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Support internal and external audits, certification processes, and regulatory inspections
- Review SOPs and quality procedures to ensure continuous compliance and process improvement
- Work closely with production and operations teams to uphold food safety standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing quality assurance is essential
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems
- Experience handling audits, CAPA, documentation control, and compliance reporting
