Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Tender & Projects Manager.
This role is responsible for identifying, managing, and securing tender opportunities, strategic projects, and commercial collaborations to support the company’s expansion and growth initiatives. The role combines tender management, proposal preparation, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and commercial evaluation to ensure successful and profitable project acquisition.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, analysing project viability, managing proposals, and coordinating stakeholders to secure profitable opportunities for the company. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in structured environments, possesses strong project management capabilities and commercial awareness, and takes pride in delivering quality, accurate, and well-coordinated work.
Source, evaluate, and manage tender opportunities, government projects, and commercial bids aligned with business objectives.
Prepare, coordinate, and oversee tender submissions, proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution to ensure successful project outcomes.
Lead project planning, resource coordination, and cross-department collaboration for awarded projects and strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, associations, corporate organisations, and external partners.
Monitor tender portals, market opportunities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
Work closely with management on strategic initiatives, commercial projects, and expansion opportunities.
Coordinate project reporting, progress tracking, compliance requirements, and operational follow-ups.
Support the company’s business growth through strategic partnerships, ecosystem collaborations, and project acquisition initiatives.
Proven experience in tender management, project management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Strong understanding of tender processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
Excellent proposal writing, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience in government projects, training industry, events, or commercial project environments will be advantageous.
