The Talent

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or programme management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage diverse stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail across event logistics, planning, and project coordination
• Proficient in project management tools, communication platforms, and data tracking/reporting
• Curiosity and interest in SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and related industry trends
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

• Build and nurture a community through engagement initiatives, strategic content, and digital platforms
• Plan and execute events such as workshops, training sessions, networking activities, and forums
• Track engagement metrics, monitor budgets, manage programme operations, and ensure timely reporting
• Support communications efforts including newsletters, event content, internal comms, and digital engagement materials
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and relevant community programming opportunities
• Support administrative, operational, and coordination activities to ensure smooth delivery of community initiatives
