Role: Functional BA/Admin
Job Level: 6-9 years of relevant experience (L3)
Duration: 12 Months Renewable
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary role is to manage small changes (CRs) following the Quarterly Release (QR) framework and budget for finance and data domains.
- Serve as single point of contact for all of business needs
- and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for change requests
- Liaise with business users and formalize/capture requirements
- and upload in eRequest system
- Provide initial L0 estimates to Business User
- Liaise with system analyst to get efforts for change
- request
- Consolidate initial prioritised list of CRs from the
- Business User and update in eRequest system for Impact Analysis
- assessment
- Review Impact Analyst cost quotation with Business user for final prioritisation
- Formalize budget for business segments and work with
- QR Management Team for Tech allocation
- Prepare billing to business segment for CR done.
- Secondary role is to support departmental administrative activities such as onboarding/offboarding of resources, coordinate key meetings with various stakeholder for department head, prepare meeting deck, project dashboard, training arrangement.
