We're seeking a talent with a strong passion for Human Resources Manager to join our team!

Here are the responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions and HR documentation in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a structured and positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave administration, and related HR records.
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal training programs, and company initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and documentation to support management decision-making.
  • Support disciplinary processes and employee relations matters while ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Desired skills & requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to guide and develop HR teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and senior management.
  • Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures that support business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling employee matters.
  • Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting/analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRDF Train-the-Trainer will be an added advantage.
