Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries on stock availability, pricing, and orders
• Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues promptly
• Manage shipment tracking, inventory updates, and stock control activities
• Maintain accurate records and support daily operational activities

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin (required)
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
