About SAESL

A joint venture company between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services.

As a result of the sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes: Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best in class engine turnaround times.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the management of funding and grant opportunities that contribute to our organization’s training, development, and workforce initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with funding applications, documentation, and compliance, while working closely with other teams to ensure smooth processes and proper utilization of available schemes

Key Responsibilities

  • Funding Support: Assist in identifying relevant funding opportunities from government bodies and institutions. Support the preparation and submission of funding applications, including compiling supporting documents, tracking application status, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Claims & Documentation: Assist in preparing and submitting claims for reimbursement. Help maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and disbursements.
  • Compliance: Support the monitoring of funding requirements to ensure compliance with reporting and documentation standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, and other departments to align funding activities with operational needs.
  • Monitoring: Assist in tracking the progress of funded programs and preparing basic updates or reports as required.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Provide administrative support in communications with funding agencies or partners, as required
