Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) is a creator agency that connects brands with over 1,000 TikTok creators across Southeast Asia — powering hyper-local, entertaining content that resonates with audiences while delivering results for brands.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Lead (AM/M) to bring bold ideas to life, drive campaign execution, and inspire a team of creatives. You’ll bridge strategy with creativity, ensuring our content not only resonates with culture but also delivers impact for our brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Generation & Ideation
Develop social-first ideas and campaign concepts that give our brand partners a creative edge.
Translate audience insights, platform trends, and brand objectives into innovative campaign ideas.
Support in brainstorming sessions, helping both clients and internal teams unlock creative possibilities.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Oversee day-to-day execution of campaign elements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and with high creative quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Strategy, Production) to ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives.
Monitor creative performance and recommend optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Brand Storytelling & Messaging
Craft clear and compelling messaging that reflects brand values, communicates key ideas, and drives engagement.
Ensure creative outputs are culturally relevant, platform-appropriate, and resonate with Gen Z and young millennial audiences.
Contribute to pitch decks, proposals, and creative treatments for clients.
Creative Team Management & Culture
Lead and mentor a team of designers, writers, and content creators, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality creative work.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive creative culture.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to elevate the team’s creative capabilities
