Job Summary:

As the HR Manager, you will be the architect of our people operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Rapid Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Drive full-cycle recruitment: From sourcing and interviewing to closing offers, you will be the primary engine for our growth.
• Develop a robust hiring pipeline to meet aggressive headcount targets.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure we have the right people in the right seats at the right time.

2. Strategy & Advisory

• Act as a strategic advisor to management on organizational design and people-related challenges.
• Manage the annual HR budget and maintain oversight of headcount planning.

3. Performance & Culture

• Design and enforce HR policies and frameworks that ensure compliance and scalability.
• Drive the performance management cycle to foster a meritocratic, high-performance culture.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to ensure high retention during our growth phase.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee the annual salary review process and benchmarking.
• Manage competitive benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

5. Operations & Facilities

• Oversee office facilities and company-issued assets.
