Responsibilities
Location: Hill Street (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
Contract Period: 2 years
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job scope:
Engaging diverse groups and organisations to strengthen partnerships and communication
Design and implement initiatives to support the needs and aspirations of stakeholders
Serve as secretariat including coordinating activities and programmes such as learning journeys, dialogues and events
Evaluate engagement strategies and initiatives, and propose improvements to boost engagement
Assist with the evaluation and disbursement of funds
Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field
At least 3 years' of relevant working experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Suite preferred
Willing to work on weekends or evenings to support events
