Responsibilities
Location: Hill Street (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
Contract Period: 2 years
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job scope:
Coordinate strategic planning and long-term horizon scans of engagement efforts with various stakeholders
Identify key engagement targets and develop initiatives to meet these targets
Develop and manage IT tools to track and follow up on stakeholder engagements
Assist with any other capability development and partnership initiatives
Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field
At least 3 years' of relevant working experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Suite preferred
Willing to work on weekends or evenings to support events
