Core Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
Follow up proactively with customers to update them on vehicle status and ensure satisfaction
remote and explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers over the phone.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, distributors, and other automotive clients.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-up on sales leads. Achieve sales KPI
Maintain an accurate record of calls, prospects, and sales activities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field
Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
