We are looking for a passionate and personable Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our store, helping customers discover the right wines and find the perfect wine fridge for their home or collection. If you love wine, enjoy talking to people, and thrive in a retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of wines and wine fridges through consultative, customer-first selling
• Guide customers in selecting the right wine storage solution for their needs and budget
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across our wine and wine fridge range
• Process transactions accurately and handle day-to-day store operations
• Keep the shopfloor well-stocked, clean, and attractively merchandised
• Assist with inventory receiving, stocktaking, and product displays
• Support in-store tastings, wine events, and community activations
• Handle customer enquiries and post-sales follow-ups with warmth and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for wine — you don't need to be an expert, but enthusiasm is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for sales
• Customer-first mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working retail hours including evenings and weekends
• WSET Level 1 or above preferred — candidates actively pursuing wine education are also welcome
• Prior experience in F&B, wine retail, or consumer electronics (wine fridges/appliances) is an advantage
• Conversational Mandarin or other languages a bonus

Working Hours & Schedule

• 5.5 days per week
• Weekdays: starts at 12:00 pm (morning off), closes at 8:00pm
• Willing to work public holidays
