Job Description – Internship (Sales & Marketing Assistant) | IMIKA

Position: Internship – Sales & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable laptops, tablets, and accessories based on their needs.
• Learn and explain product features, specifications, and promotions to customers.
• Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Create content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Help manage customer inquiries through social media, phone calls, and walk-in visits.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and stock organization.
• Support promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
• Assist with customer follow-up and after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and social media is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
