Location: KL Sentral
Mode: 1-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT change requests, including risk assessment, scheduling, implementation tracking, and compliance with change management policies and SLAs.
• Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by ensuring accurate configuration item data, conducting audits, and supporting impact analysis through CI relationships and dependencies.
• Generate change management and CMDB reports, support governance and audit activities, and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to drive process effectiveness and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required
• 2–4 years of experience in ITSM, particularly in Change Management and CMDB administration.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, with a good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Able to support Indonesia business hours and observe Indonesia public holidays.
