Basic salary $3500 to $4500 ( depending of your experience)

Shift Pattern (12-hour Rotating Shift):
Work 3 Days → Off 2 Days
Work 2 Days → Off 3 Days (3-2-2-3 pattern)

Shift Timing:
Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:45 PM
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM

Shift Allowance:
• Day Shift: SGD 10 per shift
• Night Shift: SGD 20 per shift

Responsibilities:
• Support Drive Backend Assembly process setup and production monitoring
• Monitor yield, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions
• Perform data analysis and support process improvements
• Monitor KPIV/KPOV to maintain process stability
• Work closely with engineers to achieve production and quality targets
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of process setup, buyoff, process control, and failure analysis is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
