Key Responsibilities:
VM Standards & Guidelines (70%)
a) Conduct monthly VM recaps and regular store visits.
b) Maintain open communication with store teams.
c) Provide professional visual merchandising expertise and hands-on training.
Campaign Activity Support (20%)
a) Ensure timely launch of campaigns and confirm required VM props.
b) Collaborate with the central VM team to develop tailored VM plans for each store
New Store Openings (10%)
a) Coordinate VM layout planning with the central VM team and operations.
b) Manage product merchandising and marketing support.
c) Provide on-site assistance throughout the opening process.
Requirements
Approximately 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience in the retail or related goods industry.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of brand identity and consistent store presentation.
Flexible, independent, creative, hardworking, and a team player.
Willing and able to travel for business as needed.
