Job Summary

This full-time on-site Project Executive role at Expotrans Singapore involves managing the end-to-end execution of domestic events and exhibitions and coordinating door-to-door international shipments, ensuring safe, reliable, and timely service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of domestic events and exhibitions to meet client requirements and operational standards
• Coordinate door-to-door international shipments by applying knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics processes to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks and deadlines to achieve seamless event and shipment operations
• Resolve client, vendor, and internal team issues through clear and professional communication to maintain strong working relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement logistics solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction
• Update knowledge continuously on international shipping regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation
• Adapt to evolving business needs by learning new skills and technologies to support operational excellence
• Contribute as a proactive team player to foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Polytechnic diploma or equivalent qualification in relevant fields
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and work effectively within teams
