Job Scope:
Prepare and cook a variety of local and international dishes in accordance with company standards.
Ensure food is prepared hygienically and served in a timely manner during operating hours.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to maintain consistency.
Handle kitchen preparation duties including ingredient cutting, marination, and stock replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Assist with inventory checks and support daily kitchen operations as required.
Additional Information:
At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry
