HIGH BASIC + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION

We are currently conducting our once-a-year internal hiring for this exclusive position. This role is best suited for individuals who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the motivation to consistently achieve sales KPIs. You should be comfortable contacting leads proactively, building relationships, and operating with a strong sense of sales urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates who possess a CEI Certificate will have an advantage.

Proactively contact prospective candidates daily to introduce recruitment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career needs.
Drive the full sales-hiring cycle from resume lead generation, job allocation, and closing of deals
Achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs and monthly revenue targets
Source and match suitable candidates according to clients’ hiring requirements
Maintain strong pipeline management and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance
