Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating lift installation, modernization, and maintenance projects
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of site progress
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in preparation of project documentation, progress updates, and meeting records
• Support site inspections, progress verification, and reporting activities
• Assist in arranging delivery of materials, components, and equipment to site
• Maintain proper filing and records of project documents, permits, and inspection reports
• Support basic procurement processes, including purchase requests and coordination with suppliers
• Assist in project handover, warranty follow-up, and after-sales support
• Perform general administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior experience in construction, M&E, or lift industry will be an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
