Location: Marina Square
Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
• Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm

Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable up to an additional 9 months based on performance)
Salary: $2900 - $3900

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily bank reconciliations
• Investigate and follow up on reconciliation discrepancies, including refund processing
• Prepare and process payments to external parties
• Support backlog clearance and case resolution
• Prepare journal adjustments for internal fund transfers
• Extract, prepare and organise data from source and finance systems
• Assist with procurement activities for goods and services
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy and softcopy records/emails)
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Officer/Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy preferred (candidates with relevant experience may be considered)
• Any diploma holders who are comfortable working with numbers are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Comfortable managing multiple IT systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised with good time management and prioritisation abilities
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
