Hiring for Customer Service cum Admin Assistant

Location: Tuas Crescent (7 minutes walk from MRT, company transport available from Jurong West, Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Chua Chu Kang, Yew Tee MRT etc. west side locations)

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Must be able to answer to text and calls beyond office hours if customers contact

Job Requirements

• Key in orders when customers place orders
• Arrange for self collection and delivery to customers by coordinating with warehouse/logistics department
• Collect and chase for payment when necessary
• Reply to customers calls, emails and texts in a timely fashion
• Assist in adhoc administrative duties
• Proficient in Excel

Salary: $2000 - $3000 monthly
