Job Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and secure suitable retail and commercial tenants to achieve occupancy and leasing targets.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, including tenant sourcing, negotiations, tenancy agreements, fit-out coordination, and store opening.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospects, and business partners.
• Coordinate leasing activities and tenancy matters with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor tenancy renewals, occupancy performance, rental collections, and leasing documentation.
• Support the day-to-day operations of retail, commercial, and mixed-development properties.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and operational improvements.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy reports, rental analysis, market research, and management presentations.
• Conduct market intelligence, rental benchmarking, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on leasing campaigns, promotional activities, and tenant engagement initiatives.
• Assist in budget planning, financial monitoring, and property performance analysis.
• Utilize digital tools and AI solutions to enhance reporting, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience for Leasing Executive level.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant leasing, retail mall, or property management experience for Senior Leasing Executive / Assistant Manager level.
• Experience in retail mall, commercial, or mixed-development leasing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of tenancy agreements, leasing procedures, and property management practices.
• Knowledge of tenant relationship management, rental benchmarking, and market research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and leasing-related promotional activities.
• Proactive, independent, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI) and digital platforms is an added advantage.
