What You’ll Do

Support and manage daily Accounts Payable activities including:

• Verify supplier invoices and process payments accurately 
• Perform matching of PO, supporting documents and invoices 
• Follow up and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers 
• Prepare payment schedules and maintain supplier records 
• Process staff claims and support month-end activities 
• Assist in improving finance processes
• Support ad hoc finance tasks when required
