The food production manager is in charge of the processing and manufacturing of food products. The position entails overseeing the day-to-day operations at food processing to ensure optimal product quality and maximum profit for company management.

In performing the duties, the food production manager direct and supervise the activities of food production staff.

• The person will also set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high quality food products.
• Familiar with food costing, good technical background on food processing machine.
• Competent on GMP/HACCP, production planning and processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of food, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with HACCP regulations

A Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, food science, or food technology, or in a related field is preferred

To succeed in this role, some of the qualities you need to develop include leadership, time management, and decision-making skills.

The person must be able to work on shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
